Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS:

We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from hibirdshoes.com, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the "Return Conditions" specified below.

1.Return Conditions

Item(s) are sent back within the stated return(Within 30 days after you receive it)
Item(s) returned must be UNWORN and in the original packaging.

2.Return Process

You will need to contact our Customer Support Team by emailing info@hibirdshoes.com by providing your order number to submit a return request. You will receive a response within 24 hours with further instructions to how to complete your return and where to return it to. If there are any quality issues, please provide related images of said item(s) accordingly. Please note our customer support team is unavailable on Weekends.

3.Return Cost

Seller Responsibility: If the product you receive is faulty, defective or damaged, we provide free returns without any fees.
Buyer Responsibility: If you don’t like it after receiving it, place the wrong order, or return it without reason, you need to pay the return shipping fee.
If there is a minor and acceptable issue and you are willing to keep the product, a partial refund is negotiable.


4.Refund Time

Once in receipt of the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 2-3 working days. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be deposited back to the original payment method. To assure a prompt refund, please remember to provide the return tracking to the customer support representative assisting with your return.

5.Exchanges

We cannot guarantee sufficient inventory when attempting to process an exchange. Therefore, if you wish to exchange an item, a return request will need to be submitted. A new order for the desired item may then be placed.
