Shipping Policy

NOTE:
HiBird Shoes only provides shipping to the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.The other countries can not be deliveryed now.

Orders consisting of several items may be shipped separately.

1. Processing Time
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. (Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.) With this sort of time frame, you can change or cancel your order. However, if the order starts shipping, we can't make cancel for your order before you get it.

2.Shipping Time and Cost
Standard Shipping(5-10 bussiness days) is all free.
Express Shipping(3-5 bussiness days) cost is $15.00 USD.

Notes:
1) Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.

3.Delivery
It depends on the local courier, if it is not delivered in time, please contact us as soon as possible: info@hibirdshoes.com
All orders are shipped using courier services and can be tracked online.

4.Taxes & Fees
Our website does not charge any taxes
